How it all started
I was born in Germany and raised in France, where I graduated from La Sorbonne University in 1986 with two master’s degrees in law. For more than 15 years, I thrived in the fast-paced world of international business—all while raising two incredible sons. By most standards, I was successful. But beneath the surface, I was running on empty. Striving to meet expectations—others’ and my own—left me disconnected from who I truly was.
Eventually, I made a radical choice: I stopped. I stepped off the corporate treadmill and gave myself permission to breathe, reflect, and ask a question many of us carry in silence:
What if there’s another way?
That single question cracked something open. It led to a year of deep inner searching—and in 2007, my true journey began with a profound spiritual awakening and my first encounter with Reiki. What began as a gentle healing experience quickly became a life-changing calling.
From there, my path unfolded to include energy work with the Akashic Records, Oracle readings, and soul-aligned spiritual coaching. I also came to see that transformation isn’t only mystical—it’s deeply psychological. Many of our blocks are rooted in limiting beliefs formed during this lifetime. This realization led me to study BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy), a groundbreaking modality that facilitates rapid, lasting change at the subconscious level.
Between 2012 and 2024, I had the honor of teaching Reiki, Karuna Reiki®, and Holy Fire® Reiki, supporting countless others in their healing and awakening journeys.
In 2024, I felt called to evolve once more—this time by creating transformational online programs and webinars focused on two of our most potent growth arenas: money and relationships.
Why these two? Because how we relate to money often mirrors how we relate to ourselves and others. These areas reveal the stories we’ve inherited, the patterns we carry, and the possibilities we’ve yet to claim.
They are doorways to deep healing, spiritual elevation, and embodied empowerment.
My mission is clear:
To offer grounded, soul-centered tools that help you reconnect with your essence (true potential), release what no longer serves, and raise your awareness—so you can create a life aligned with your highest truth.
This work is not only spiritual—it’s deeply practical. You’ll feel the shifts in your daily life, quickly and tangibly.
Finally, I’ve recently been gifted my spiritual name by one of the kindest & most elevated Kabbalah teachers from the Kabbalah Centre where I study: SARAH.
You may still see the name Stéphane Burton on some of my platforms as this transition unfolds.
Please know they are one and the same. In time, my website and communication will fully reflect this sacred name shift.
